This is our take on a Holiday Blend. This years Sweater Season blend was fun for us to create. We wanted to celebrate our first full year as a business by creating a blend that showcases our first two relationship coffees. The main component being Bernard Ornilla's sweet, yet slightly spicy coffee from Honduras followed up by the Natural Mutana lot from our friends at Long Miles Coffee Project in Burundi. We find that these two coffees create a profile loaded with flavors of plum, hazlenut, and anise. Our goal was to create a coffee that paired well with Holiday brunches and desserts. We think we nailed it! So, snuggle up in a sweater with a book during our favorite time of year to enjoy this sweet treat.
