Aimee leads our training program with over 20 years of experience behind the bar. Every new wholesale partner gets hands-on training from espresso fundamentals to milk science to building drinks that actually taste good.

New hires? No problem. We offer ongoing support, refreshers, and one-on-one training as needed. If you exclusively serve Recluse, we offer discounted equipment, consulting, and priority access to seasonal coffees. We’re always excited to work with wholesale partners who care about quality and sourcing as much as we do.
