This Colombian decaf holds its own in the lineup. Processed in Huila using a sugarcane-based method, it keeps its clarity and sweetness. It's processed at origin using a natural method that employs ethyl acetate derived from fermented sugarcane—hence the name, Decaf de Caña. We find this coffee to be just like all of our other coffees, clean and vibrant. Just not caffeinated.
