This is our first year working with Lennon Diaz and his farm Finca Liquidambar. We were lucky to be introduced to Lennon on our sourcing trip to Honduras earlier this year. His coffee skills don't stop at the farm. Lennon brewed us a lot of tasty coffee on our trip, as well as roasted all the coffee we cupped while we were there. His farm was breathtaking, steep with organized hills of coffee trees. We're honored to bring Lennon's tasty coffee into our lineup!
We add a little more development to this coffee compared to our typical roast approach, making this a great option for someone looking for a fuller bodied chocolaty coffee.
