Santa Maria

Huila is one of Colombia’s southernmost coffee‑producing departments and accounts for roughly 18% of the country’s total production. This regional blend comes from Santa María, a town in northern Huila near Neiva, within the region’s Denomination of Origin. Coffees from this area are known for their bright, sweet character, often showing notes of tangerine or red apple.
